**Last updated: September 22, 2026**

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between **Clixs LLC**, a Delaware limited liability company ("Clixs", "we", "our", or "us"), and you, the person, company, or other legal entity that accesses or uses the Clixs platform, website, APIs, AI-powered features, and associated support (collectively, the "Service"). "You" or "Customer" refers to the individual or entity bound by these Terms.

**BY CLICKING "Sign up", "Sign in with Google", or any equivalent button, OR BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE IN ANY OTHER WAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.** If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Clixs is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses plan, build, optimize, and report on Google Ads campaigns, including AI-assisted features for campaign creation, keyword research, and content suggestions. The exact features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of the Service, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or any feature.

---

Your account is for a single individual unless your subscription expressly permits sharing within your organization. You may not transfer or sell your account, share credentials outside your organization, or allow more than one individual to use a single seat.

### 3.4 Right to Refuse Registration
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny or revoke access to the Service, with or without notice and without liability.
